WARRANTY REGISTRATION
1.Free Warranty Extension: Registered products get extended warranty for a full 365 after date of purchase.
2.Submit your order ID to get warranty extended.
3.If you bought your product from the FireProof Pros website, you are already granted a 365 day warranty; no extension is needed. Note: Warranty extension is not valid for used goods or goods not used according to warnings provided with product.
After registering with your order ID, you can make a warranty claim through our support link or by emailing support@thefireproofpros.com.
Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.
RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to FireProof Pros. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.
During the warranty period, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective, FireProof Pros will replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of FireProof Pros and are not returned to you. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
Warranty will not cover products damaged during unintended use or for use on fire pits that do not have legs with at least 5 inch clearance or on fire pits with solid metal bases.
